BikeSnob sets the industry standard with a 30 day, no questions asked satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you are entitled to a refund minus a 20% restocking fee and Shipping & Handling, (within 30 days from the date of your invoice, as long as the product is in its original unused condition). In order to properly process your return, please follow the following instructions:
1. If possible, package your return in the original carton using secure packing tape. Important!! All returned items must be in a new, unused condition in the original manufacturer's packaging with RECEIPT.

| Due to our unbeatable low prices, occasionally we sell out of an item faster than anticipated. Should this occur, we will ship your entire order and put the unavailable item on backorder. As soon as the backordered item arrives, it will be shipped out ground at no additional shipping cost to you (unless the item is the only item on your order). If you do not want any of your items to be put on backorder, please let us know. Providing we have your correct e-mail address we will e-mail you the expected due date of your backorder within 7, 30 and 60 days, providing your item has not been received by then. All Canadian and International orders will only be shipped complete unless otherwise specified. |

| Damaged/Missing Merchandise |
| All merchandise is in good condition when it departs BikeSnob. If you are missing an item or receive a damaged item, immediately report it to the appropriate carrier (Fed-x, UPS, DHL or Post Office) and notify BikeSnob within 3 days. |
